The company is registered with the Municipal Court in Bratislava, (hereinafter referred to as the "Butterfly House") allows you to inform you about how it processes your personal data, in connection with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), often abbreviated as GDPR (GDPR).

If you are a customer of the Butterfly House, a person visiting the Butterfly House website, a person in the Butterfly House mailing database or otherwise dealing with the Butterfly House (e.g. in connection with the provision of guide services for the Butterfly House company), the administrator of your personal data is the Butterfly House.

Why does the Butterfly House process my personal data?
We process your personal data usually for the purpose of performing a contract (for example, if you have purchased a
via the Internet, a ticket to one of our establishments).
From your personal data, we also process the IP address of the device from which you made the order.
In addition, we process data about the behavior of your IP address on our website using Google Analytics. We use anonymized data for the purpose of tracking traffic to our site.

Do you sell or share my personal information with others?
We share personal data about our customers, or usually only about the group leader, to the extent strictly necessary with specific guides, road carriers, shipping companies and other suppliers, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
Personal data is also accessible to PREMIANT CITY TOUR s.r.o., which provides us with an internet ordering portal, with which we have concluded contracts according to the relevant provisions of the GDPR.
All data, including customers' personal data, is stored in the cloud on servers in the EU. These services are supplied to us by an external supplier INTERNET CZ, a.s., with whom we have concluded contracts under the relevant provisions of the GDPR, and who do not have physical access to this data.
Your personal data may also be accessed by our IT service provider.

Do you sell my personal data to third countries? 
We do not sell your personal data to third countries, i.e. to countries outside the European Union.

I believe that you are not processing my personal data correctly. In this case, you can contact us directly, or you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

What rights do I have against you as the administrator of my personal data?

You can ask us at any time to
- Give you access to your personal data
- correct your personal data that is not accurate
- delete your personal data if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR are met, or 
limited their processing

What is the right of access to personal data?
You can ask us to tell you whether we are processing your personal data. You can ask us for access to the personal data we process and for information about the processing of this data. You can ask us to provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed.

Can I request access to personal data of someone other than myself?
Cannot. This right applies only to you. If you want to apply for the exercise of someone else's right, you must have a power of attorney from them.

How do I submit this request?
You can submit this request in any way, including by e-mail. However, the authorised officer is obliged to establish your identity and may therefore ask you to prove your identity.

By when will the Butterfly House provide me with an answer?
We will inform you about the measures taken, usually within thirty days. However, in some difficult cases, we may extend the deadline.

How much does this application cost?
This application and its processing are free of charge. However, in justified cases, we may require reimbursement of some costs (e.g. the price of a portable drive on which you are provided with a list of all the personal data we process about you).

I have given the Butterfly House consent to the processing of my personal data and I would like to withdraw it.
We usually do not require consent to the processing of personal data from customers, as we process your data on other legal grounds, in particular for the purpose of performing a contract. However, if you give consent to the processing of some of your personal data, then you have the right to consent at any time to revoke it. However, this is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent granted before its withdrawal. This means that the processing of personal data until the withdrawal of consent is lawful.
